I offer a completely free initial consultation for my Hypnotherapy services. You can find out more about Hypnotherapy, the brain science behind it, and how I can help you. You’ll find out what a session will be like, and have the opportunity to ask me any questions.

Sessions are 1 hour, and take place in my tranquil therapy room in Plympton, Plymouth.
