TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking an appointment. By booking with Sarah O’Neill Hypnotherapy, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms outlined below.
GENERAL TERMS
Sarah O’Neill Hypnotherapy provides Hypnotherapy appointments and Hypnobirthing Classes to those aged 18 years and over. These Terms & Conditions apply to all therapies and services provided. All sessions are carried out by fully qualified practitioners operating under appropriate professional standards and insurance.
BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY
Hypnotherapy Sessions must be paid in full 48 hours in advance of your appointment.
Hypnobirthing Courses require a £50 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the course commences.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
For Hypnotherapy Appointments we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. I try to be as flexible about this as I can be, but in repeat circumstances, I will enforce the cancellation Policy.
More than 48 hours’ notice: We can rearrange your appointment.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: Your payment will be forfeited.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in loss of payment.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to continue with your session.
SUITABILITY & SAFETY
I will take a brief background and discuss your needs at your Initial Consultation. Sarah O’Neill Hypnotherapy reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. We do not treat:
Anyone under 18 years of age
Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Anyone displaying aggressive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour
Anyone with unrealistic expectations or psychological unsuitability.
Hypnotherapy is not recommended for anyone who has experienced psychosis.
CONSENT
By booking and paying for an appointment, you consent to receive Hypnotherapy.
RESULTS & EXPECTATIONS
Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
REFUND POLICY
We operate a strict no-refund policy after sessions are completed.
PAYMENT TERMS
Hypnotherapy appointments require payment in full 48 hours beforehand.
Hypnobirthing courses require a £50 deposit at time of booking, and payment in full 7 days before the course begins.
Accepted payment methods may include: Cash, Bank transfer and payments through Eventbrite.
BEHAVIOUR & ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY
Sarah O’Neill Hypnotherapy operates a zero-tolerance policy toward abuse, harassment or intimidation.
Inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of treatment and refusal of future bookings.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
No photographs or videos will be used for marketing without written consent.

Client feedback is always welcomed.
